LM57器件是一款具有模擬溫度傳感器輸出的精密雙路輸出溫度開關(guān),適用于寬溫度范圍的工業(yè)級應(yīng)用。跳變溫度( T TRIP )可從-40°C至150°C溫度范圍內(nèi)的256種可能值中進(jìn)行選擇.V TEMP 是AB類模擬電壓輸出,該電壓輸出與溫度成正比,負(fù)溫度系數(shù)(NTC)可編程。兩個(gè)外部1%電阻設(shè)置T TRIP 和V TEMP 斜率。數(shù)字和模擬輸出具有保護(hù)功能,并且可監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)過熱事件。
內(nèi)置的熱滯后功能(T HYST )可防止數(shù)字輸出發(fā)生振蕩.T OVER 和 T OVER 數(shù)字輸出將在芯片溫度超過T TRIP 時(shí)置為有效,在芯片溫度低于T TRIP 與T HYST 的差值時(shí)置為無效。
T OVER 為高電平有效,并且采用推挽結(jié)構(gòu)。 T OVER 為低電平有效,并且采用開漏結(jié)構(gòu)。將T OVER 與TRIP-TEST相連,可在輸出發(fā)生跳變后將其鎖定。將TRIP-TEST強(qiáng)制為低電平可將輸出清零。將TRIP-TEST驅(qū)動為高電平會將數(shù)字輸出置為有效。處理器可檢查T OVER 或< span style =“text-decoration:overline”> T OVER 的狀態(tài),從而確認(rèn)它們是否已切換至激活狀態(tài)。這樣一來,便可以在系統(tǒng)裝配后現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)證比較器和輸出電路的功能。當(dāng)TRIP-TEST為高電平時(shí),V TEMP 引腳為跳變基準(zhǔn)電壓。系統(tǒng)隨后可使用該電壓計(jì)算LM57
