為了使語(yǔ)言障礙者克服障礙，通過(guò)電話等現(xiàn)代通信手段與其他人進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言溝通，設(shè)計(jì)了一套實(shí)用且低成本的手寫識(shí)別語(yǔ)音播報(bào)系統(tǒng)。語(yǔ)言障礙者在觸摸屏上書寫漢字字符，書寫軌跡坐標(biāo)經(jīng)過(guò)處理轉(zhuǎn)化為二值圖像，再經(jīng)過(guò)坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的平均化、平滑處理、非線性規(guī)范、改進(jìn)的Bresenham算法等預(yù)處理操作，最后調(diào)用基于熵功率的字符識(shí)別算法。字符識(shí)別完成后，將識(shí)別得到的字符編碼分幀發(fā)送至TTS語(yǔ)音器件輸出模擬音頻。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明該系統(tǒng)識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率較高，平均達(dá)到92%，接近實(shí)際應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因此該系統(tǒng)具有一定實(shí)用性和市場(chǎng)價(jià)值。

Abstract:: ?In order to help the mute people to overcome the obstacle and exchange ideas with others by telephone and other modern communication ways,a research of low-cost pronunciation-broadcast device with the function of handwritten character recognition is presented in this paper.Firstly,the DSP transfered the writing track into the binary image after the mute people wrote words on the touch screen,then pre-processing of character recognition were necessary,such as equilibration of coordinate,smoothing,non-linear specification of coordinates,Bresenham algorithm and so on.The DSP applied the function of character recognition to complete the recognition of characters.The recognized characters were coded and sent to the TTS chip.Through the analysis of the text and speech synthesis,the chip outputed analog audio with correct pronunciation.The experimental results testify that this system shows a high recognition rate and the average reaches92%.So the system has a certain utility and market value.
