位置伺服系統中先由位置給定量與反饋量的差值經過位置調節器的調節產生速度給定
量,再由速度給定量與速度反饋量的差值經過速度調節器的作用最終實現準確的定位。由上述位置伺服系統的工作過程可見位置伺服系統中角速度的檢測是非常重要的一個環節,而角速度的檢測是由各種角速度傳感器來完成的。正是基于速度檢測在位置伺服系統中的重要性,本文介紹了位置伺服系統中常用的幾種速度檢測傳感器:測速發電機、測速橋、光柵等的結構、原理及其信號處理電路。

Abstract : In position servo system , the error for the position given and position feedback is regulated by the position regulator to produce speed given. Second , the error for the speed given and speed feedback is regu2 lated by the velocity regulator ; and finally , the exact positioning is carried out . According to the working process of the above position servo system , we realize that angle acceleration measurement is one of the im2 portant taches ; moreover , the measurement is made by all kinds of angle acceleration sensors. Just based on
the above reason , the article generally describes several speed sensors that are frequently used : the speed measuring generator , the speed measuring bridge , and the optical grating. The paper discusses their struc2 tures , principles and their signal processing circuits.
